At Greenpoint, the implementation of the Power BI system included creating sales reports illustrating the brand's results in the periods analyzed and divided into individual store and their subgroups (own, internet, franchise). The system provided the company with dynamic access to key KPIs grouped by among others types of sales, age of stores, sizes of stores, cities and periods of operation thanks to the so-called analog reporting.
In the area of finance, the implemented model based on the chart of accounts and the list of stores allowed the client to analyze data in given periods and analyze the results of individual showrooms as well as create profit and loss reports in, among others as part of the following indicators that are part of the client’s requirements:
In the warehouse area, the main focus was on the inventory maintenance report with additional time points at the end of the month. In addition, a report was used to forecast inventory based on sales and the trend.
The implemented system included such areas as sales, costs, targets, marketing and customer service.
Thanks to the implemented system, TG Montgomery is able to take more accurate business decisions regarding promotion and analyze sales results in real time. The system is still being developed, where EBIS adds further analytical areas requested by the customer.
Afriso specializes in providing high quality measurement, monitoring and control solutions for heating, ventilation and cooling installations. It operates almost globally – in 60 countries with nearly 1000 people employed.

What effects did it bring? The solutions of Business Intelligence class applied enabled Afriso to fully automate the analysis of data from sales reports. What is more, the company obtained information on the effectiveness of promotional campaigns conducted and their impact on the real profit of the company. The customer behaviour has also become easier to understand. Such in-depth data analysis allowed for even better management of the company’s pricing policy.
The implementation of Power BI in NattoPharma, a leader in delivering preparations based on vitamin K and other active ingredients. To meet the analytical and reporting needs of the company, we delivered a solution which included data concerning sales, budgeting and stock levels.
Thanks to the implemented system, NattoPharma obtained the possibility to instantly analyze their sales channels. Access to reports regarding promotion allows to predict the sales margin.
Access to a cross sectional picture of income let the company increase profitability and decide their pricing policy, which exerts influence on the margin.
The implemented Business Intelligence system included the areas of sales, sales orders and sales planning. Thanks to the delivered platform, Robinson can perform quick analysis without the necessity to extract data form the source system and process reports. It significantly shortened the time needed to provide management information and improved the decision making process. Except for analytical value, the implemented system provided tools for monitoring the execution of sales targets.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the performance and campaign analyst at TG Montgomery, a nutrition company with a subscription-based model.
What challenge were you trying to address with EBIS?
Our numbers and reporting analysis were disorganized; we wanted to build out a data warehouse and our reporting capabilities.
What was the scope of their involvement?
EBIS built the data analytics development from scratch, implementing seven sources into our data warehouse including Facebook and Google. Our customer service and other aspects of our business are integrated into this one data warehouse, where everything is input into one data model. We can access a live overview of all sources, including marketing and our subscriptions, both on desktop and mobile. Using machine learning capabilities, the team has also created predictive models to better utilize our data.
Further, the team not only supported tech development, but they also conducted a business analysis for us.

I have one main point of contact, but we work with a larger team.
How did you come to work with EBIS?
They were recommended to us. We ultimately chose EBIS because we were confident in their resources and ability to provide us with the appropriate attention.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $200,000-$1,000,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement began in August 2016 and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
EBIS offers tailored solutions. If there’s ever any misunderstanding, they gather up more resources to have the problem solved within days — including over the weekend. It’s clear they want their customer to be happy.
How did EBIS perform from a project management standpoint?
We have a really close collaboration with them, and I’m personally really engaged with the project. I can take advantage of one-on-one communication on Slack whenever I need to; our project manager is always available.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They offer flexibility. For us, it’s so important to have close contact with the individuals we’re working with. Over these three years, I still have the same key contact.

No, we’re happy with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Start with having a meeting with them, and you’ll see that their knowledge is top-notch. Not only can they provide technical services, but they can also provide statistical analysis, machine learning, and more. I also recommend that you make sure EBIS provides one key contact who can stick with the project.
