We needed an order management and shipping solution that could be adapted for our bespoke needs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were previously using Cloud Commerce Pro, after years of false promises, countless bugs causing major disruption to our business and price increases we decided to leave after discovering Despatch Cloud. 

There was no upfront cost for all this leg work on Despatch Clouds part unlike many other companies. The system itself is excellent. The first huge improvement we noticed was the speed of the system itself, the load speed is around 10 x faster than what we were experiencing with CCP. The system is completely customizable so you can adapt it to your internal process, in effect creating various folders containing orders set of your own bespoke rules.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We were assigned a helpful customer onboarding supervisor who guided us through the entire process. Obviously there was a large input from us at this stage, but DC put in a lot of work to help get us up and running asap.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ongoing support is excellent, when a rare issue crops up, customer support genuinely want to help solve the issue and generally solved quickly with disruption kept to an absolute minimum. The pricing was reasonable, the customer service was great, and the software was fantastic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Despatch Cloud could have done differently?

Despatch Cloud is, without a doubt, the best solution for us, I’ve got no doubt we’ll be happy customers for many years to come. Thank you Despatch Cloud.

Despatch Cloud Shipping is a cloud-based shipping management solution that enables businesses to streamline their shipping operations by integrating with multiple courier services. Its single API allows for easy connectivity with over 100 couriers. In short a single API which connects to all the couriers APIso we only do one integration.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Overall, Despatch Cloud Shipping appears to be a robust shipping management solution that can help businesses simplify and improve their shipping operations, it means we can add a new courier as soon as we get the credentials and have much better visibility of their effectiveness.

They were very quick to set up, and the courier services we need are all on presets so very smooth onboarding.
