The team is communicative and excellent at solving problems—I rarely have to speak with their supervisor. I have a customer relations contact I can talk to, and the owners also make themselves available when needed. TechMD is great at listening to and implementing those changes. They’re a good partner to have.

Property management is a reactive kind of business, so we had a lot of abrupt situations, like office moves. Framework was able to accommodate us incredibly quickly. Employee satisfaction was pretty good too. Across the board, employees were satisfied when they shared those metrics, and our tickets went down by 40–50% after the first 60 days.
