WyeWorks' developers have been treated as part of our team, and their performance is on par with our internal team's. We had some communication issues at first to get the team set up and build norms to get them into our everyday workflow. But once we got there, the team has been fantastic. WyeWorks is on top of communication and has been easy to work with.
