We continually receive complements about our current application and how easy it is to use, which is as much a testament to iTechArt’s work as it is to our internal design work. iTechArt was able to turn around the additional build, and the only issues we had were related to the spotty internet. The application worked perfectly throughout the event, and we were able to increase our user base 3x over the course of 10 days. It’s hard to quantify their contribution exactly, as we’ve been going through a show-and-tell process for obtaining investment money. Much of the PR interest we’ve received has been based on the overall design, flow, and responsiveness of the app.

I’ve done many IT projects, and things were never this smooth. There was no rush at the end of the work, which is always a good sign. On most projects, we still had bugs at the approach of the deadline, but this never happened during the work with The Software House. Everything was picked up early in the project, so we never had to do a major refactoring of code. I’m not entirely sure how this was possible, but it’s been very easy. There’s a huge amount of trust we have in The Software House’s ability to deliver good-quality and reliable code based on our mockups. As a project manager, I can let them get on with it and trust that it will be okay.

Software Mind came out on top in every metric, and not just a little bit on top. They were miles ahead of the others we were experimenting with. The quality of their work was excellent, they were robust and professional, and they actually implemented solutions, rather than just doing what the product manager thought we needed. Working in finance, people get really upset if you lose their money. Making sure that what we deliver is well-tested and robust was key, and my team leader quickly got a degree of confidence that, when they said it was done, we wouldn’t have to wonder if it really was, and check it in depth.
