We executed a few accounts together. In this way we were able to learn the process and approach the remainder of the project independently. The latter being very important to us. MOst other agencies wanted to sell us a full package which would result in high costs for something we rather did ourselves.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

UX/CX of ezebox.com.au has been greatly improved, hard to show a 'before' pic but the change is dramatic.

SEO project is in its infancy so still too early to post results.

The team at Capital Numbers is extremely responsive.  Being based in Australia, working Australian hours actually works very well as the communication is staggered, I can raise a task in the AM and the team works on and asks questions through my PM, which I can then answer the next day.  Workflow is consistent and manageable.

Further, we use an internal project management tool, Asana, and the Capital team were happy to work with our tool to make comms easier for us.

All projects have been delivered on time and to a great standard with minimal back and forward.  Being a small business, sometimes our style is ambigious and the team at Capital have been both professional and adaptive which is really appreciated!

I wouldn't describe the service as necessarily unique...  The team have delivered to a standard that meets my expectation of a company perpurting to offer digital marketing services.  There are a lot of cowboys in this space so it is refreshing to work with experienced professionals.  The best recommendation I can provide it that I would eagerly recommend Capital Numbers to others and will continue to work with them for the long term.

transfer industry by offering an all-in-one solution that will interconnect users, banks, agencies, and
shops. This platform distinguishes itself by providing added value through a combination of mobile and web applications, a central administration system, and three distinct user types: Normal Clients,
Associate Clients, and Agencies along with the administrators. Key features of the project will include multilingual support, client registration, money sending and receiving functionalities, and backend management capabilities.
The primary business model involves providing a financial solution enabling users to transact
money electronically. Users exchange physical currency for virtual balance through various payment
methods like cash, credit cards, PayPal, or mobile money. Transactions incur a commission fee deducted from the user's balance.

Our goal was and remains stable software that aour customer can rely on. Given that Capital Numbers picked thisproject up at the half way point, they have been very successful in meeting our expectations.

Project management was and is collaborative. We use two key software solutions to ensure a clear understanding of requirements is in place. Capital Numbers has been responsive and has worked to our requirements very accurately.

At the outset there was an offer to meet our expectations or not be paid. That is a rare offer in this world. CN assured us that if the fit was not right in terms of the developers they recommended, they would compensate us. That was not necessary, but the offer provided a high level of comfort.

It took our side of the arrangement some time to learnt henuances of dealing across national borders. Meaning the we had to learn how to communicate with developers for whom english is a second language. The only thing CN could have done differently would have been to smooth that transition. However, it has not caused any meanignful problems.

Capital Numbers very productively implemented tasks according to our guidelines on asp.net in the direction of SEO, introduction of credit card payments, for which the conversion of PDF files to HTML pages were also necessary.

Worked very efficiently on Teamwork (messaging, tracking of time) and Azure DevOps, plus video calls. What has been particularly impressive is how Capital Numbers was very systematic prior to getting started, adopting almost a Waterfall-like project planning. During the project, they were very agile in adopting to my 'last-minute' inputs, which resulted in completion of the tasks below the projected time budget. Furthermore, it was great how senior management reached out to us for a video call. It's clear that Capital Numbers values our business relationship even if the contract size was not yet that large.

I'm the founder and director of Nilbon Ltd., an online platform that supports people who live with chronic pain.

What challenge were you trying to address with Capital Numbers?

We needed help with the development of our online platform. We needed a team that could offer more than just a simple website because there were specific innovative things that needed to be installed and designed for the platform. Our main objective was to develop the MVP stage of this platform to allow me to raise investment money to move forward.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Capital Numbers has been responsible for the design and development of our web platform. I had an idea of how the platform was going to work, so I hired them to translate that idea into a technical solution. Throughout our engagement, Capital Numbers has given me options and shared what they think will work for the platform. The key technologies they've used include WordPress.

What is the team composition?

I've worked with 4–5 teammates from Capital Numbers. Initially, I worked with the sales manager for quite a while, who translated my idea into a working document that then shared with the project manager. Since then, the project manager has been my main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Capital Numbers?

I did my own research and talked to more than 10 organizations. I chose Capital Numbers because of the way they started the conversation and how consistent and persistent they were. It made me feel like they were committed to the project. After our initial conversation, the CEO and everyone I talked to added me on LinkedIn, which was a more personalized approach.

When they put the proposal together, I could see that they completely captured the idea I had. It showed that they were capable of delivering what I wanted.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent less than €10,000 (approximately $11,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2024, and the project is ongoing. We're in the final stages of the development phase. We were supposed to finish this project by July 2024, but there were some delays with the domain transfer.

Currently, we're waiting for a feature to be finalized before we can test it and then go for a soft launch. This was supposed to be a three-month project, but it will take us around six months in total.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don't have any success metrics yet because we haven't launched the platform. The website looks very professional, and everyone from my team who has taken a look at the platform is pleased with the outcome. This platform is very responsive and user-friendly. Moreover, we have an algorithm behind the platform, which is the innovative part of the project, and it's working very well.

How did Capital Numbers perform from a project management standpoint?

It's very easy to communicate with Capital Numbers. We have a communication channel through Google Meet and Google Chat. I normally contact the project manager, and it takes less than a few hours to get a response — never more than 24 hours. We've also used Teamwork as a project management tool.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Everyone on Capital Numbers' team has been very professional. I've had direct interactions with five people, and they all know what they're doing. I'm very happy with their work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Capital Numbers is very committed and receptive to our ideas and feedback. I'm obviously interested in their professional and expert opinions because there are things about developing a new technology that I'm not aware of.

Still, they've been quite receptive and open to the ideas I share with them, which has been very important for us in order to get our ideas across. It's easy to share feedback with them, and I know that everything I share is going to be implemented. If they don't think it's a good idea, they give me a reason why.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Some issues with the website have gone through multiple iterations before they get fixed, although this has happened on a couple of occasions, and nothing has been a big deal. For example, there have been some spelling mistakes on the website that I've had to double-check. Still, English isn't my first language either, so that's an area we both need to work on to ensure we're getting the right content on the site.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I definitely recommend working with them. If you're looking for someone to develop a platform in the health and well-being area, Capital Numbers can definitely do that. My advice is to look at their case studies and talk to them about your project. Try to get a very detailed proposal in place, and then start the work.

We were impressed by the early turnaround in the first couple of months of the project.

In periods where the project stalled sometimes the delay between meetings and the clarity of where we were or what was needed could have move the ball forward a little faster. In big projects with remote work, this is probably normal but that is the only point that might have been an area to "improve" upon.
