5.0 Feb 28, 2022Moneypenny’s project management is great, always doing their work in a timely manner. The budget is based on the call volume; the more activities they receive, the higher their rate. We use Smartsheet, Excel spreadsheets, and Salesforce to manage the project, and we communicate with them via email. Still, if we need something quickly, we contact them via phone calls. Whenever Moneypenny’s team has any concerns, they don’t hesitate to contact us to ensure they’re getting everything perfectly.
