We contracted My Salon Desk to serve as a virtual answering service (phone, text, and email). They also managed our digital PPC advertising campaigns and performed instant lead follow-up. Additionally, they are overseeing our efforts to boost influencer marketing.

We expanded to an additional location in large part to the high influx of new clients that My Salon Desk brought to us. We went from a business that had no existing clients to one with hundreds of regular customers and over $50,000 in monthly service-based revenue within each location with only 1-2 technicians working at a time.
