They've been great. They’re always pretty fast at getting back to us. For example, there was a social media post that went out that I didn’t like. Since it’s a niche market, we want to make sure we’re hitting the pain points of our customers and really speaking to them. Therefore, I asked them if it was possible that I approved the social media posts, and they agreed. Now, they send everything over to us so I can approve it and get back to them. In that sense, they’ve been great at making adjustments for us. Also, they’re very communicative as a team. If we need to talk to them, they always meet with us within a few days. They’re very responsive via email, and they send us reports every month.

Project management has been great. Communication is amazing and it never takes more than a few hours to get a response. If I ever have any concerns or something I want to change, I forward it to them. There’s never been a time when they couldn’t find an answer for me. Local SEO Search is always able to help me with anything that I need, all in a timely manner. We primarily communicate through email, but occasionally on the phone as well.
