Our project manager is so responsive and they’re all very communicative. I could always call or email anyone on the team. They used Basecamp internally. I never had to log into it, but they sent me all their logs. When we switched to the development phase and were checking bugs, we used a tool called DoneDone. It was very easy to use and an efficient way to collaborate.

They are really great at asking the right question to get to the heart of the story we're trying to tell. We were pleasantly surprised by how rapidly they work both within their team, and with our team to get feedback and to communicate questions/concerns. We have never felt that working with Square 2 has slowed us down - quite the opposite, in fact. Their effectiveness has allowed our team to work more quickly and complete projects faster than we could have ever done in-house.

Zivtech had a willingness to make sure that things were done right. Early on, as they were developing code, we deployed something that worked within all our environments except for the production one. That’s where it completely broke everything. I personally spent around 48 hours on the phone working hand-in-hand with Zivtech's developers in order to get things back running properly. There was a sense of ownership that Zivtech felt about the site that many vendors don't have. Others weren't willing to spend their weekends with us trying to make things right.
