From a project management perspective, I think they’ve done really well. We took a risk with Shopify, because there’s not a lot of enterprise sites built on that platform. To that end, for them to create what they did required a lot of creativity and custom code that we weren’t expecting. They were able to write custom code and make the site work the way we wanted it to work. The price we paid them was fixed bid, and they didn’t once ask for more even though they had to write a lot of unexpected custom code. So, I really respect them for that.

From a project management perspective, there weren’t any issues on their end. I think a lot of the lags came on our end. We had a lot of content to generate going back 60-plus years. On their end, they were pretty good when it came to meeting our deadlines. They kept us on track plenty of times. So, it was never an issue. It happened on time. As far as their responsiveness goes, I liked working with them. It’s one of those cases where you work on a project with someone for a few months, and they become part of your life. They worked late, and they were available to work on weekends if needed.

The build was delivered in full, and each phase, CRM configuration, automation, forms and scoring, reporting, and training, was completed and walked through with us rather than simply handed off. Our account executive, Yashraj, was consistently responsive and never rushed us. When we needed extra help understanding a specific setting, he went as far as recording personalized videos explaining exactly the parts we needed most, which made a real difference in how quickly our team got comfortable. Then, we flew out there and had a meeting with all of the owners and everybody involved in our project. I was impressed by their positive energy and the good vibes you get from them. They know their stuff as far as technology goes. You definitely know you're dealing with a person. You're not dealing with somebody who's strictly business-oriented, although that is the goal. You're dealing with somebody who's personable. I would say that not only goes for the owners, but for their team as well.
