This involved evaluating and optimizing the structure of our website, its functionality and user experience all while implementing stategies to improve our rankings on google and other online search platforms. 

The main delivearble included website optimization, SEO improvements, enhanced online visiblilty, keyword and search ranking strategies, and ongoing support to strengthen our digital presence. This project also was geared to improve how patients and referring offices find and interact with our practice online through traditional search engines and chat-based search tools.

We hired SEO Brand for their SEO services. We also needed them to manage our social media accounts and do some work on our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SEO Brand is working on growing our domain ranking and getting us to the first page via blogs and web page optimization. They're also cleaning things up and doing a lot of technical work on the backend. We've given them our existing keyword research and analytics, but they've devised their own system. We've added to it as we go.

SEO Brand is also on top of all our social media in terms of posting content. They create most of the content, but we generate some things for them to post, mainly without a specific strategy, and we handle the generated leads. They're constantly optimizing our website and adding new pages at our request. They also do UX/UI work, blog posts, and page optimization.

We have a team of 6–7 people working on our account. We have a primary point of contact who leads all our weekly calls. He's constantly in touch with us and is usually on top of the optimization. We also have Kelli, who is responsible for all our social media content and some of the content that goes onto the website. There's also a team of web developers that work on our behalf.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SEO Brand's results speak for themselves. We rank higher and get a lot of organic traffic and leads now. We've never been on the first page for anything, and generating organic business was very difficult; we depended a lot on Google Ads.

Now, 70% of our business comes from organic leads, and we're constantly ranked on the first page for many different assets, and if not first position, definitely a top five. Our domain ranking has increased, and we have many more backlinks now.

How did SEO Brand perform from a project management standpoint?

Overall, SEO Brand is great. If we happen to have different ideas, they suggest improvements, educate us, always treat us fairly, and do everything on time. We have no issues with their work.

We use Basecamp at their request and communicate regularly via Google Meet and email.

We appreciate Righardt's and Kelli's work. Righardt is our main point of contact, and Kelli is responsible for our social media content.

Let SEO Brand do their homework. Put your feelings about your business aside and listen to them because they know what they're talking about and what they're doing. We found them through a service provider search site. I looked at about two or three of these sites, and I believe Clutch was one of them. Still, I went with the one that seemed more consistent, and there I found SEO Brand.

I reached out to SEO Brand to start a conversation with them, and they quickly responded and scheduled a meeting. They were very courteous, kind, and informational, and the meeting was short. They got to the point, which was nice.

From there, we had a second, longer meeting to discuss my needs in greater detail and see what they could do for me. After that, SEO Brand presented a proposal, which I accepted. We've been working together ever since.

The value of SEO Brand's work for what I've paid has been worth it. I've been very happy with their performance, considering what they've achieved for me and how much it has cost to achieve it. Overall, SEO Brand has exceeded expectations regarding project management. they've been a very easy and capable company to work with.

SEO Brand has their own online project management software that we use to communicate. This software works also through email, so we communicate via email. Moreover, we have monthly phone conversations to go over project statuses.

James has been very patient and easy to work with. He makes it very simple for me to do what I need to do and to make the decisions I need to make. Overall, he's phenomenal and does a wonderful job of both understanding what needs to be done and guiding me through the process.

The scope of work for website design began with the discovery and strategy phase, where they created two homepage and ten subpage wireframe mockups to optimize user flow, including necessary revisions to finalize designs. The design phase involved developing and customizing two homepage templates and ten subpage templates, with room for design revisions to ensure alignment with brand standards and our expectations. 
Communication throughout the project was maintained through an initial kick-off meeting and five additional project meetings. For SEO, the process started with a kick-off meeting, followed by a comprehensive technical SEO audit, including core web vitals and the implementation of technical fixes. Data analysis and tracking setups informed ongoing SEO strategies. 
Onsite optimizations for a Learning Management Tool Page included keyword research, content strategy, and implementation of onsite optimizations, along with recommendations and implementations for content editing, refreshing, and structured data enhancements.
