Engaged regularly to talk through down selecting and improving initial designs until sertting on the final.Worked with company founder to craft the core messages, rationale and calls to action that provided the foundation for the home page and outline design of the web site. Engaged regularly to ensure clarity of content, maintain focus on the prospect's information needs, and deliver consistent credible messaging across all of the pages and content sections. Led to the end deliverable of publishing the web site.

They were clear in describing how they accomplished their work - and had honest answers about how many others - with apparant "give-away" pricing - accomplished their work. To ensure I was well-iinformed before making a selection.

They had proven processes to support integration across the various services provided: graphic design, web site design, and IT managed services. And ensured that nothing ever fell between cracks.

They were clear and strong with helping our founder "get out of his head" to translate all the good aspects of the consultancy into statements that would matter from the Prospect's perspecdtive. That helped us become wiser at our messaging and our integration across our communication mechanisms.

We recently redesigned our website, and it looked really nice. However, it wasn’t performing well because it lacked sufficient and engaging copy. As a result, the website wasn’t showing up in many search results. We hired EZMarketing to build out some additional web pages with good written copy and images to attract more website visitors.

What was the scope of their involvement?

EZMarketing has designed, built, and written copy for 10 new web pages. They’ve also refreshed our existing home page and some other subpages. In addition, they’ve done a deep dive SEO analysis of what key terms and phrases to use to position our website to get the web traffic and leads we’re aiming at. Moreover, we have an ongoing relationship with EZMarketing. They provide monthly content creation for us, primarily focused on blog content.

The amount of content on our website has grown significantly. Moreover, over the last few days, our web traffic has jumped up.

How did EZMarketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily communicate with EZMarketing through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps. They’ve run into some delays during the project due to building on the Webflow platform instead of WordPress, which is what they primarily use. As a result, the project has taken a lot longer than expected. However, they’ve stuck with it and delivered a great final result despite it taking more effort than they originally anticipated.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Every team member is very personable and enthusiastic. Even though most of our communication is done via email or virtual meetings, they manage to come across as authentic and passionate about their work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish they would have researched building on Webflow more upfront so they could have accounted for the design challenges.
