They're also really easy to reach. We use Microsoft Teams, and even though Perpetual doesn't use it within their team, they've installed it so that we can ping them anytime to discuss anything. Additionally, we use email for back-and-forth communication. The team gives us all the support we need. When we launched the site, we had internal IT issues and finished at 2 a.m. The main designer from Perpetual was with us until we finished, and the CEO stayed with us most of the night.

Most of the issues that we faced were from our end, but Modern Signal was always prompt, clear, and realistic about what they could get accomplished and by when. Even when we steered away from the project plan that we set out at the beginning, they were still able to meet every deadline. It took us a while to tailor our expectations at the beginning, but that was more of a problem from our side.
