Clearwell Digital supported us with the full creation of our digital presence. The scope included UI/UX design, WordPress website development, branding, corporate identity design, hosting setup, and SSL certificate configuration.

Key deliverables included a modern responsive website, a clear visual brand identity, structured service pages, secure hosting, SSL implementation, and a WordPress backend that our team could manage independently.

The project gave us a stronger and more professional digital presence. After launch, we saw improved website usability, clearer presentation of our NGO-focused services, and better consistency across our branding and communication materials.

Clearwell Digital managed the project in a very professional and responsive way. There were some schedule adaptations and reprioritization during the process, mainly caused by hosting, domain-related topics, and dependencies with external partners. Despite these challenges, their team remained highly committed to delivering on time.

They communicated clearly, reacted quickly to our needs, and adjusted priorities when necessary. Overall, they managed the process well and successfully delivered the project within the agreed timeline.

What impressed us most about Clearwell Digital was their honest and down-to-earth approach. They did not make unrealistic promises or try to overcomplicate the project. Instead, they focused on understanding our needs, giving practical recommendations, and delivering solid work.

We also appreciated their international team and the different perspectives they brought into the project. Their communication was friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which made the collaboration feel reliable and transparent from start to finish.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Clearwell Digital could have done differently?

Overall, we had a very positive experience working with Clearwell Digital. One area for improvement would be to act a bit more proactively in certain phases, especially when dependencies or potential blockers appeared.

At times, some topics were handled more reactively, but this did not have a major negative impact on the project. They remained responsive, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering good results. All in all, we were satisfied with the collaboration.
