Because I communicated directly with CEO - Bohdan, and because we were on the same wavelength, it was quite easy for me just telling him what I wanted in my own words, sometimes even giving him intuitive hints. He neatly delivered my tasks to his animators, because after each milestone I was happy with the results, I received what I asked for. Their approach to me, and to our mutual work. It seemed to me that Qream was not a vendor but rather a collaborator (in a good sense).

I wanted to say, “Hey guys. Let’s try a couple of things. Let’s see what happens.” But, that discipline was a big factor in our successful launch. They have a meticulous development and deployment process. I think it’s known as the waterfall approach to design and building. That’s the approach we used, and we were able to get the project done within the specs that we wanted.
