This time last year, we were using a set of Google Sheets that I had connected, and, as you can imagine, that was not a well-functioning system. So far, everyone seems to be happy with it. There were a couple of kinks to work out, but, even at launch, the system was ready to go. People are overwhelmed with how easy it is to use. I’ve also heard from a few individuals that the design is sharp. We haven’t gotten a lot of feedback, which I see as a good thing, and the reviews that we have gotten have been very positive.

      It's completely successful. It runs the whole business here. You can look at any little facet of what it does and it's worth the cost in one little thing. We have a very simple and automated way of quoting and processing spare parts orders, and that alone pays for the cost of the annual user fee 50 times over, then you have everything else it does for the company. This includes full contact management, shipping, receiving, field work order schedule, and shop schedule. It does everything for us.
