We needed a desktop browser and mobile browser version of our exisiting iOS and Andriod apps. This required overcoming many limitation imposed by browser permissions. This this include APIs, screen recordings, audio permissions, microphone permissions, Geolocation, etc.

We are ongoing with SoftSauve. We have worked with them for other projects over the last 10+ years. The owners and management team have treated us greatly and are always responsive when we need them. They teams is able to work with us on our US time vs India which has always been super helpful and makes working with remote teams smooth. The task we have been giving SoftSuave have been completed and are happy with continue working with them.

We have a daily stand up call with my SoftSauve Developer. It is first thing in the morning here in the US. However it is late at night in India but the developer is always on and prepared. My developer delives in a timley manner and alwasy comunicates about progress. We have been very happy with the production.

Good english speakers in India can be difficult but we have never had an issue when working with SoftSuave. Also their ability work work with US buisness hours has always been a key factor. Lastly whenever we have a new project that requires a new language, stack, etc. SoftSuave alwasys seems to be able to provide a developer to match our needs.

I don't have anything crital to say about Soft Suave. Any issues we have had with them in the past has always been delt with promptly and fairly.

Our CI/CD pipeline saw a notable drop in deployment failures and rollback incidents after the improvements led by Soft Suave Technologies’ DevOps consultant. Internally, we were able to launch key product updates within our desired release windows without having to delay any milestones due to resource shortages. Perhaps just as importantly, the overall team morale improved; our developers had the breathing room to focus on higher-value tasks while knowing that reliable experts had their backs on the infrastructure and user-facing fronts.

Overall, the experience was overwhelmingly positive, though no engagement is without minor friction. The only slight challenge was during the initial onboarding of one of the DevOps engineers. There was a brief delay just a few days due to overlapping client commitments on their end. While they communicated it early and transparently, and the temporary resource they provided was helpful, it did create a small gap in continuity. That said, once the engineer was fully onboard, the output and integration were seamless, and any early concerns quickly faded. For future engagements, tighter alignment of start dates would be the only area I’d recommend fine-tuning.
