⚠️ Honest Review of  Switch It Up Designs and Owner Stacia 
We hired Switch It Up Designs about six weeks ago to handle our paid social media campaigns. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Before signing on, we couldn’t find many reviews about the company, so we relied on Stacia’s assurances. She told us that “we’ve had the same people working here for nine years and only take on a few select clients.” That statement turned out to be completely false.

After starting, we quickly discovered that she doesn’t actually have a team of employees—just independent contractors who run their own separate agencies. Neither had been working with her for more than a year. That was the first major red flag.

Despite her confident promises, nothing she said she would do to drive our business worked. When results didn’t come in, she actually suggested that we “find a way to lower our expenses” to compensate for the lack of revenue her team wasn’t generating. I asked her to please focus on the marketing we were paying for, and instead of taking feedback professionally, she replied, “That was rude, I’m just trying to help—We resign effective immediately. Good luck to you.”

I was shocked. I asked her not to resign and to finish out the work we had paid for, but she never responded. The next day, we replaced her agency. Ironically, after quitting and going silent, she reached out wanting to discuss the email exchange—but only after we had already moved on.

Adding insult to injury, Switch It Up Designs also withdrew $7,000 via ACH from our account for services for the following month after resigning and refusing to complete the current engagement.

In my opinion, this behavior is both unethical and unprofessional.

My advice: stay far away from this company and from Stacia.
