The work relationship grew from that to include multiple Magento features and the creation of a custom Drupal site for a digital archive. Key deliverables have included custom Magento features and massaging of exsisting Magento modules for integration. For our Drupal needs, mementia developed a highly customized and configured content archive repository. Along this journey there have been a myraid of updates and maintenance on both platforms.

We use a task management system (Jira) and a messaging platform (Discord) to communicate around projects. Most if not all of the tasks are captured in Jira and estimated in terms of time, and the very small changed are sometimes communicated through simple messaging in Jira and taken care of immediately. Work is always done in a timely manner, and urgent issues are treated as such and prioritized accordingly.

I'd like to know what their capacity is for executing and implementing more intricate and advanced features for our website; things such as VR or AR, etc. I also wish there was a bit more data-driven guidance provided for what improvements we should target for our website. It is very project-based... you tell them what you want, and they will create it. But it's not always "big picture".
As a long-time client, I wish some more of the guidance was coming from them in terms of what they've identied are the most needed improvements to further build out the website to improve on our desired key metrics.
