They maintain the design and management of our website, handle all seo tactics and even some of the social media duties.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This group has been incredibly consistent with their good work. Our SEO continues to improve over the last 2.5 years. We just had a website refresh that only took a few months to complete and looks fantastic and took no down time from our staff. They have also provided additional vendor suggestions that have been very positive for us.

This to me was the most important. If I have a question, someone on their team always gets back to me immediately with an answer or to let me know they will check into it asap. And they always do. I have a lot of confidence that this team has my back if something breaks down with regard to our website, seo and social media.

The team from GAVL was wonderful. They gathered branding information and location specifics from us prior to flying in to the location. Then, they came in and gathered professional B-roll fottage ahead of the two days of main filming. They used drones and went out to locations that would add value to the content. They spent two days filming the principals of the firm, as well as client testimonials. The team also accompanied the partners to their adjunct faculty gig and filmed that as well. After gathering all the shots they needed, they meticulously edited the raw footage and produced nine amazing, professional videos that perfectly reflect our brand.

We receved the high-quality videos we wanted (expected), in a timely manner. The GAVL team took all our input and incorproated everything we asked for. They also provided exceptional communication to ensure the finished product was EXACTLY what we were looking for.

This is almost repetitive of what I said before, but yes, they delivered eveything on time, they responded almost instantly to all communication, and they managed the project flawlessly.

I wanted Gavl to design a new website for my lawfirm, to increase my online presence, to handle my social media accounts, and to help me attract better cases.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My website is great and has helped increase my firm's online presence. I receive calls for new cases from across the country. My social media posts are head and shoulders better than when I did it on ly own and, as a result, the numbers of followers have increased.

The scope of work included creating a company brand video, three partner BIO videos and two practice area videos for use on the web, in social media and potentially in commercials and other marketing opportunities.

We have received tremendous feedback from our marketing partners and others that have viewed the work produced for us by GAVL. Universally, the response has been positive and there's a lot of excitement around the planned uses for these videos and our plan to create additional videos in the future with GAVL.

We are proud of the final product and compared to services we have used in the past, GAVL hit it out of the park when it came to production.

I’m the managing member of a law firm focused on representing those who have suffered catastrophic injuries through no fault of their own.

What challenge were you trying to address with GAVL?

We needed help creating a compelling video to share who we are and why we do what we do with potential clients. The goal was to produce a visually appealing video that would help potential clients see the spirit and values that drive our firm.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

GAVL produced several practice area videos, biographical videos for two of our lawyers, and a brand video that tells our story and what drives us to fight for victims of negligence. The team handled all aspects of video production, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from GAVL.

How did you come to work with GAVL?

I first became acquainted with GAVL through the American Association for Justice. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, a great culture fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values.

We spent an undisclosed amount.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–June 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were provided rough cuts of all the videos and were able to weigh in on preferences before the final videos were delivered. We’ve anecdotally heard from clients and colleagues that our videos are of very high quality.

How did GAVL perform from a project management standpoint?

GAVL’s project management was totally professional and caring. The team was personally invested in creating an amazing product. They were on time and hit every deadline. Overall, they couldn’t have been any easier to work with. We communicated via in-person and virtual meetings.

GAVL’s ability to help us develop our own story was impressive. They pulled out of us motives and values that we likely wouldn’t have been able to articulate on our own.
