ITPyramid was able to develop and design for us a brand new website, complete with merchant account (Stripe) integration, and sophisticated online course learning platform. This platform supports several course/seminar options, and was designed to deliver the most efficient learning experience for the student/user through optimized video lessons, automated course assessments, automated certificates, and an effective seminar calendaring and booking system. Several plugins were installed to make this all work seamlessly together. 
The developer also provided affordable domain hosting and secured efficient transfer of main domain as well as several alias domains. Aside from delivering an extremely professional and attractive website and course platform which we are extremely happy with, ITPyramid delivered extreme patience and stellar customer service.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main measurable outcome that demonstrates success for our company and our web development has been an extremely smooth and seamless user experience with the website and especially with our online course flow. Our students are very happy customers and seminar users easily book seminars. In addition, since the website is set up well, our educators who give seminars can automate emails, Terms & Conditions Contracts, thank you notes, and other customer service products that allow us to keep our customers satisfied.

People seeking web development must understand that it is a process wherein two-sided, clear communication and patience, are key for an outstanding outcome. In other words, the project takes the time it takes. As a business owner, I am particularly appreciative of the eternal patience of the team at ITPyramid. We were careful and picky and needed to understand everything. When we needed to take time to learn the course software, which was all new to us, ITPyramid was there, one email, phone call, Zoom, or instructional video at a time, to help our company learn. 
One thing that was really nice was a high level of intuitive design, vision, and foresight for our company's future, and some technical choices, which honestly, will help us grow and expand. Everything was delivered on time since we were in a highly collaborative process to make the web development and course synchronization perfect. And in the end, that is what we got. Perfection.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There are plenty of web development and hosting companies out there. With IT Pyramid, we didn't feel like a number. Their level of customer service was five-star. We got the best deal, and we felt for the services that were rendered and the end product that was delivered to us. This is impressive because it is so incredibly rare. We will always be appreciative of the great foundation that was created for our company before launching.

Are there any areas for improvement or something IT Pyramid could have done differently?

IT Pyramid is a fast-growing company, and yet they were so great about almost immediate response time. The team is constantly familiarizing themselves with new applications, plug-ins, and more sophisticated software options for their customers. Perhaps the only way for them to improve is simply to continue what they are doing, which is to continue to learn and grow. It is hard to imagine anything that they could have done differently.
