ArtVersion really listened to our needs and wants and then made suggestions that accommodated them. If they felt something was not such a great choice for us, however, then they shared that in a very helpful way and we always ended up with something that was better in the end.

Project management was extremely detailed and organized. Huemor obviously has a web project template buttoned down yet the team was also flexible to meet our specific needs. Team did a nice job balancing pushing back on our requests when appropriate (based on experience, best practice) yet listening to what we wanted to accomplish. There was no ego if we said we just didn't like something or it wasn't working for us - very solution-oriented.
