EvictionAssistant is a software used in the legal industry and facilitates with ease the processes for landlord tenant filings and case management. I am one of the principals of the company.

How did you select Beyond Spots & Dots?

They have an excellent track record and offer every type of advertising medium.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They were to research our area of expertise and decide the best avenues for attracting clients. We are a niche business, so describing our processes to them so that they could prepare their team was of utmost importance. They quickly grasped what it is that we do, and for whom we do it.

What was the team composition?

We worked directly with the owner of the firm initially. Eventually her team became involved and reached out to us as was necessary.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received a tremendous increase in inquiries for our product. The blend of different types of advertising worked very well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There was always open dialog between our teams. Beyond was extremely communicative and responsive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The knowledge base and hands-on approach of the owner. She is fabulous and had excellent suggestions of how we should pursue a campaign. She was able to clearly and fully explain to us the different types of avenues she suggested we take. We were completely unfamiliar with most of the advertising tactics. Geofencing is a great example. She explained what it was, how it would work, and why we should consider it.

We were satisfied with every aspect of our business relationship with this company.
