Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a Tech Investor and Marketing Consultant at Aiken House.

For what projects/services did your company hire uxax?

I outsource any analytics projects to UXAX. Google Analytics Consulting and Tracking Quality was a big one. Once the data was clean, they implemented Google Data Studio reports that are extremely custom and just the way I want them. This helped me avoid any costs on Tableau an essentially made all of my data and reporting free, leveraging all Google tools and integrations. They also connected data from my Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads, Salesforce progress and even outbound emails from Yesware so that I could not only see things easily, but more custom to the way I needed to see them to better manage sales, marketing and growth.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal was to just get clean reporting, but what I got instead was extremely custom reporting just the way I wanted it along with monthly recommendations on what I should be doing to grow at a better profit.

What was the team composition?

- Project manager - Developer - Founder guided the project - UX designer made site recommendations - They referred us to developers and marketers that we know use on a contract basis that are based out of Pittsburgh that are AMAZING and affordable

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We achieved 7.5X growth YOY and noticed an obvious pop once some of their recommendations were implemented. Our conversion rates went up 3X and our marketing spend got a lot smarter. We are now working on a predictive Machine Learning algorithm to scale further using Carnegie Mellon Ai team that they have access to.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Super simple. Weekly meetings and always available for ad hoc questions and meetings. These guys work 24/7 and are super passionate about client success.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

How fast and affordable they are compared to other analytics agencies. Most analytics consultants charge at least a 5K a month retainer for very simple work ... UXAX pricing is 90% lower and the quality of work and service is better and faster. We also have expertise readily coming in from their Founder as opposed to working with a Junior account manager which is very typical of an analytics agency.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Potentially trying to do too much at once, which can get overwhelming for the client. Even though they can handle it, sometimes I can't. We need to sometimes slow down.
