But, that team is very conscious of deadlines and final results.

Even when we hit internal delays on our side, they were flexible and helped us re-prioritize without losing momentum. Every deliverable felt considered, intentional, and genuinely aligned with what we needed—even the things we didn’t know we needed yet. Deadlines were clear, progress was steady, and even when we took longer than expected on our end (which happened more than once), they were incredibly patient and flexible.

They were uniquely qualified for home improvement marketing. They were good at working through goal setting with the contractor and had a solid understanding of the home improvement industry. Biggest area of improvement would be working through some strategic moves on the marketing front proactively. They are good at executing a plan but I would like to see more proactive ideas and strategies to help the contractor adjust and make changes on the fly.
