Please describe your company and your position there.

Values-in-Action Foundation is a non-profit organization based out of Cleveland, Ohio. Our programming empowers students and adults to build communities of kindness, caring and respect through programs that teach, promote, and provide skills and tools to enable individuals to make positive, values-based decisions every day. I am the communications and event manager at Values-in-Action.


For what projects/services did your company hire VividFront?

We are incredibly thankful for our partnership with VividFront. As an organization with a wide-ranging audience, we have a lot of ideas about how to best spread our message and obtain meaningful results. We've asked VividFront for help streamlining our larger campaign initiatives and focusing our efforts on the tasks that must be completed to get results and reach our goals.

What were your goals for this project?

To create clear, well-written materials that adequately explain program elements and benefits to potential partners and sponsors Set a strategic plan for program roll out once all pieces are in place Put into place marketing elements to push program forward See results by way of community participation and sponsor support

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After initially meeting with the team at VividFront, we were excited to work with a group of individuals who were all passionate about our mission to bring more kindness into the world. VividFront started by taking a deep dive into who we are and what we do and became thoroughly knowledgeable about our menu of programming. It is with this knowledge that they were able to immediately begin working on the Just Be Kind and Kindland campaigns.

Through weekly meetings and consistent emails, we have been able to communicate and update all plans and materials in an efficient and productive fashion. The team is always available for questions and advice whenever needed and with quick response. They are also always pushing us to utilize best practices for all online and social media initiatives and helping us implement those elements until working smoothly. VividFront's ability to manage each step and follow up an all necessary tasks has been asset to our organization.

What was the team composition?

We have two main contacts at VividFront (Alyssa & Nate - they're the best!) with the support of their graphic design team behind the scenes.


Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our projects are still rolling out as a lot of our original plans were put on hold due to the Covid-19 crisis; however, together with VividFront, we were able to quickly adapt and change the immediate scope of our work to make a digital, viral impact via social media platforms in reaction to the virus.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I am most impressed with the quality of work we receive from VividFront along with their timely replies, their kindness, patience and ability to adapt when we've needed to be flexible.

Are there any areas for improvement?
