I’m the office manager of Spectrum Dental. We’re a dental practice.

What challenge were you trying to address with Prestige Pro Media?

We needed a qualified development firm to build our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had a website before hiring Prestige Pro Media, but we didn’t like anything about it. Therefore, they set out us to design and develop a new site from the ground up. We started the project by outlining some suggestions and requirements for them to follow. Once everything was scoped out, they built the site using WordPress.

The site features multiple pages that describe the list of procedures we offer. There’s also a calendar interface that allows customers to sign up for courses and events. We did a lot of internal testing before officially launching the site.

What is the team composition?

They assigned a marketing director and one developer to our account.

How did you come to work with Prestige Pro Media?

We first heard of them through other contacts within our industry. They have a good reputation, so people talk about them a lot. Once this opportunity came up, they were one of the first firms we called. We started talking, and the relationship evolved from there.

We spent roughly $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

This project took place from September 2018­–January 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website is still new, so it’s hard to measure its success by traditional metrics. Also, generating sales and online conversions isn’t its primary purpose. We use it as a tool to provide information to clients. Overall, people appreciate the redesign. The branding elements are skillfully displayed.

How did Prestige Pro Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Prestige Pro Media was great to work with and extremely responsive. If we had a problem, they’d push to resolve it as fast as possible. Their team even worked after hours to ensure our satisfaction. We communicated via phone, text, and email. They even met with us in-person several times to make sure they could deliver exactly what we wanted.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their marketing director is knowledgeable, approachable, and professional. She was pleasant to have in the office when the team came to meet with us. We’re incredibly happy with their performance.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. We’re satisfied with their work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be prepared to work on the challenge at hand when reaching out to them. Having a detailed plan of what needs to be accomplished will facilitate a smooth experience.

Our e-commerce business is a monthly care subscription that sends women a variety of carefully curated items. We started our company based on the premise that many women want to feel comforted and cared for during their cycle. Our selection includes beauty, feminine care, bath, pain relief, and wellness products delivered right to a customer’s door when they need it the most.

We were tired of jumping from platform to platform as we searched for the right e-commerce hosting site. Prestige Pro Media recommended using Shopify. They designed and built our check-out flow.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to create a website that was easy for us to update internally. We also needed it to have several features on the backend to allow for customization.

Prestige Pro Media designed, developed, and launched our new e-commerce website for our subscription box company. After the launch of the new site, we also utilized them for ongoing marketing campaigns.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our website has been converting three times better than before the updates and redesign. We are very satisfied with the Shopify backend. In particular, we love all of the apps that help us better run our business.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Prestige Pro Media’s project management skills were very impressive. We had an awesome account manager who kept the project on time and within the budget.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found it amazing that even as a newer agency, Prestige Pro Media helped us create a stunning website we are proud to show off.

We have few to no complaints!

Stargaze Entertainment is an initiative to build a business around the film exhibition opportunity in India. Our goal is to establish GLITZ Cinemas as one of India's leading multiplex brands delivering international cinema experience. We are committed to develop and make operational 33 screens over the next twelve months and have identified the top 51 cities across India to scale our operations to achieve our objective of operating 300 screens by 2013.

We were looking for a development and design comapny to help us build a set of themes that would allow our customers to integrate and interface their systems with ours.

I work directly with the co-founder, but we also have regular contact with the full team of developers and designers.

So far we've been very happy with the quality of their work. Prestige Pro Media has proven their expertise through their high-quality coding and architecting of features. They're very focused on developing the right solution in the most economical way possible.

They have a very well-rounded team and have been great at managing tasks in a timely fashion, while accommodating our agile processes.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They ask a lot of questions that show how concerned they are about delivering a valuable solution at the end of the day, trying to understand our business and systems in detail. They take a first-class, professional approach compared to other vendors in that sense.

Make sure you've allocated resources internally to keep their team busy and to clear any potential obstacles, so they can keep the project moving along swiftly.
