It did end up extending the project but it was very transparent, and BB Agency was very communicative so we always knew what was happening and we didn’t have to chase after them. When there was a delay, they talked about why there was a delay. They basically walked us through the steps so we were involved in the process the whole way. We had a Slack channel we communicated through so everyone that was part of the project — both on their end and on ours — was involved in the conversation at all times and everyone was on the same page.

If I have a question, they act like I'm the only person that they serve. Moreover, their planning and attention to detail are all wonderful, but it personally goes to my heart that they're patient. We mostly communicated via phone calls.
