Our app is available on a freemium basis. We do not anticipate our entire user base (which includes beginner artists from all over the world) upgrading to the paid edition.

 However, we felt we were not effectively expressing the value of the paid version within the app/onboarding experience to those users for whom the upgrade would be tremendously ROI-positive.

 Following the implementation of Esfera's advice, our sign-up-to-activation rate and free-to-paid upgrade rate increased dramatically.

 That was the goal, and they met it for us.

Wprobo took the time to learn not only what we wanted built, but also what we do and why, right from the beginning.  We took our time on our initial meeting.  They listened to our lab's operations, the kind of people who use our equipment, and even inquired about the tone of emotion we wished to portray.  Instead of rushing immediately into design, they came back with moodboards and samples that matched our ideals.  I can still clearly recall one session: during a live Figma walkthrough, the designer stopped the demo to inquire about our feelings regarding a color selection, not how it seemed but how it affected us.  I knew they truly understood that moment. 

Every week when they checked in, their crew was ready.  In one case, we had to reverse course in the middle of the project because new research information altered the layout we needed.  Wprobo adjusted without becoming irritated.  They quickly revised the wireframes, asked insightful questions, and never gave us the impression that our requests were excessive.  They remained composed under pressure and were always reachable by email and Slack.  Unlike generic templates, the final designs seemed like they were made specifically for us.  Now that we have a platform that seems active, our lab has a polished yet approachable appearance.

Wprobo managed the project consistently and with attention.  They establish clear expectations right away, including deadlines, lines of communication, and cycles for modification.  They consistently brought progress reports, mockups, and follow-up questions to our weekly Zoom check-ins.  I liked how they maintained order without being overbearing.  They never made us feel burdened and replied promptly and calmly when we had last-minute modifications, such as modifying the user flow in light of fresh study findings.  They always followed up with notes and future steps following meetings, and their use of Figma for real-time collaboration made us feel included in the process.  It was more than just a service provider relationship; it seemed like a real partnership.

Our e-commerce platform was created from the ground up by WPRobo, who worked with our existing website design and used Adobe Magento to build and fully integrate the e-commerce functionality. The project was implemented in phases, with the first phase concentrating on getting the website live, updating the design, and enabling our current B2B customers to log in, check real-time product availability and pricing, and place orders directly through the site. The second phase involved adding credit facilities, integrating payment gateways, and connecting the platform with our ERP system. Additionally, they developed our SEO strategy to increase visibility and drive traffic.

The crew at WPRobo was fantastic to deal with. We are happy that we selected them for this assignment because they really stood out. They provided us with tremendous support throughout the process, particularly in navigating complicated requirements and assisting us in achieving our objectives.

They made sure we understood how to handle everything on our end by taking the time to explain the system's operation and assigning the appropriate individuals to our project. We wanted some sophisticated features that Magento doesn't support by default, but the WPRobo crew made it happen. We were quite impressed with their abilities to manage those difficulties.

As with any complicated project, there were unforeseen setbacks along the way, but WPRobo managed them well, meeting approximately 95% of our deadlines, which we greatly valued. The few delays that did occur were mostly our fault, as we discovered new requirements in the middle of the project, uncovering some functionality we hadn't initially planned for between the initial integration and the first phase going live. As we learned more during development, we passed these new needs along to the team, and despite the additional complexity, they found solutions and got everything functioning the way we wanted, even if it meant slightly modifying timelines.
