Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of a small hotel in the area. We are a small business and the business has been in the family for 40 years.

We hired these guys to assist with getting up and advertised online. We have never had a solid online marketing plan before.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

These guys were able to provide us with a detailed marketing plan and assist us with its execution and so far it has been great.

We had a consultation after connecting with them via email. During this meeting, we detailed our wants and needs for our business. They then went and prepared us a solid marketing plan which included social media marketing and other form of online development.

Justin worked with us throughout and he is the owner and lead marketing specialist.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After executing the marketing plan, we have already been able to grow our business and so far we have exceeded our ROI. These guys were able to get us the footprint online that we always needed.

Most work was done remotely and communication was done via email and phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That these guys are able to get everything together an execute it all with such ease. Also the turnover time for which we started seeing results was incredibly fast.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at all. They have been a great partner.
