We went into the project with very specific visual and functional goals in mind for the new site. It was imperative that our goals and expectations were met, which we conveyed to Wholegrain quite clearly. They were able to get that from the get-go, and understand the kind of design concept we were after. They kept us updated at each and every stage with detailed information, which I was then able to use to provide valuable feedback. They’d then take that feedback and incorporate it into the next iteration. We were rarely disappointed by the results of that process.
