I already knew this vendor through my local business network, so i had every confidence he was the right man for the job as i also know other businesses who have been very happy with his work. As a sole trader, price is important to me as i don't have a turnover large enough to justify a disproportionate amount of my profit on my website, he was very competitive and even offers a pay monthly option.

I am a bespoke jeweller offering commission, repair and alteration work, as well as selling a small range of my own pieces. The project was t rebuild my current website to make it run faster and attract more business, particularly in the local area. Alex held an initial meeting with me to discuss my needs, then progressed with a rough site map to agree how to lay the site pages out, then he presented me with a dummy site showing design and layout.

After an opportunity for me to make any changes i wanted, which were very few, he constructed a content snare page for me which clearly laid out every bit of content he would need from me to finish the project, which made life very easy for me as i knew exactly what i had to provide. He also hosted a version of the new website during this time so i could see the content in place before the site went live. He also provided solutions for data compliance and privacy policies. Once it was completed, we had another training meeting so that i could learn how to make edits, upload new content etc.

I was very happy - the website is now live and the whole process was clearly explained in layman's terms, Alex is always quick to respond to any queries and make any changes. I am confident that site traffic will increase with the work that he has done for me.

Very - Brilliant digital have a clearly explained work structure, and use content snare and clickup to make it very easy for me as a client to see just what i need to provide for them and where they are with the project.

I'm impressed with their attention to detail and customer service. Alex made the whole experience painless and unintimidating with his patience and knowledge of how to make the best possible site. He was also really helpful in dealing with privacy policies and GDPR compliance.

I self-created the Mixed Vision Media website a few years ago using Wix - it wasn't too bad but having now officially traded for over a year, I decided it was time to get the website created professionally and contacted Alex from Brilliant Digital.

I met Alex at a local networking group and was impressed by his previous work and the flexible packages he offered.

We had a discovery meeting to begin with that allowed Alex to find out what I wanted from the new website, discuss time frames and brand image as well as pages and how the website would function.

Following that, within 2 weeks of that first meeting, I received a mock-up of the site build and was already impressed.

Another 2 weeks later, after I provided the content I wanted to be displayed on the website, I received a very detailed version of the website, with the content in place and there was only a tiny handful of amends required.

The website then went live on April 15th and Alex delivered some 1-1 training that lasted over an hour to go into detail about how I could edit the website myself so I wouldn't need to call the team up every time I wanted to add a new image or video to the site.

I'm now on a active monthly maintenance package in which Brilliant Digital manage elements such as website backups, malware scanning and keeping plugins up to date so I don't have to worry about that myself.

As the website has only been live a week, I don't have any solid results or figures to share however everyone I have shown the website to so far is highly impressed and I am absolutely over the moon with the final result.

Topline Care Ltd did our due diligence and decided that Brilliant Digital would be the best company to design our website. We took a number of aspects into consideration, i.e. the experience of the designer, the trust worthiness of the company and their owners and if the amount quoted could fit our budget.

As Brilliant Digital ticked all the necessary boxes and as an added bonus we looked a the reviews to find that there were many happy customers with no less than a 5 star rating.

Alex initial discussion was telephonic were after a brief discussion a meeting on Zoom was setup to gain a much more indepth insight in to what Topline Care Ltd need as a website. Alex does use a software package called Clickup were you as a customer can add information and images for your website. Clickup is a project management software that is quite handy in establishing the progress of your project.

Alex will keep you informed telephonically and also on email. He is always reachable and will always return your call promptly. Your mock website will be in Black and White initially, where you have the option to make changes to the style and layout. The next phase would be to ensure the copy of your text fits appropriately into the and the images as well.

Alex will then send you a link to your website where you can then see your hard work come to life. It will be an exactly replica of your final website without the site actually going live. Once you have approved the replica website, you need will select the date of the website going live.

Alex from Brilliant Digital uses a handy project software called Clickup, information is transparent and never missed. The customer and the developer will always work with the current and correct information on hand.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

During this time of Covid, many companies are not taking calls, they are working with skeleton staff or you need to acquire or do enquiries via email. With Brilliant Digital, you will never have to the wait, your calls are answered 99.9% of the time. Alex will always endeavour to contact you asap.

Alex works on weekends are you will most often receive an email from Alex on the progress he has made. This showing initiative and a wonderful customers service. If this bar had a 10/10, I would give them a perfect score for providing a definite gold star rating.

I have absolutely no suggestions as my entire experience with Alex and Brilliant Digital was of the highest Quality.

They used an online project tool called click-up which made it an absolute breeze to know exactly what was going on at each stage, and for me to add any info, or either of us to ask any questions, without the need for loads of emails/calls.
