Very diligent approach was taken to define our true needs providing us with resources and guidelines that we now proudly follow to keep our brand within what was defined for us. From website design to branding to guidelines and multiple other resources to empower our own creative choices.

Based on the brand created for us we have a striking yet simple brand that everyone within the company is proud of and everyone outside the company will soon recognize.

Tangent's commitment to the best possible result was noticeable in every step. The amount of research and internalizing of our company message was well received and critical towards the creation of our brand.

None to point out, Tangent will be our choice for any matter we can run through them instead of someone else.

Our goal was to find an agency with a high standard for all elements of digital marketing - from UI/UX to SEO - while offering flexibility for an evolving scaleup. Tangent has been our partner for roughly two years now. We work closely with them on a variety of digital marketing initiatives.

I appreciate the flexibility to run smaller pilots and prove value before making more significant commitments. Once we see results, the long-term commitments become much easier.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We've emerged from COVID and are now hyper-growth. 95%+ of that growth has been sourced digitally with the majority is coming from organic website traffic.

We like to keep things pretty flexible so we'll use Slack and some email to communicate with occasional syncs for major project kickoffs. Steve is also nice enough to meet with some members of our team to coach them to help improve their SEO skills and make sure we remain on the right track.

Knowledgable, flexible, friendly, fair, no fluff. :)

We frequently find bugs in staging. This can sometimes take significant time to resolve, but we eventually get there.

We have a large number of products which are bought by a range of different customers and we spend different money marketing each product so I wanted to find a way to focus on increasing our conversion rate on the site and from our marketing in the right areas and spending the right amount for different products based on conversion rate v investment v time/effort.

Started with sharing all our company data, reviewing performance from different channels, working with Tangent design and insight team, discussing data / performance / marketing and then coming up with a test and learn plan for optimisation and site changes to meet our ROI goals.

We set ROI targets by product and in most cases we exceeded them. As a test and learn project it is ongoing and therefore we continue to reset and aim to increase.

Good communication, weekly status meetings, and feedback from their leadership team direct me about how we could increase the speed of productivity.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very focused on showing return on money invested. They were happy to receive feedback, even when not positive, and about how to improve. They were nice people to work with making the project enjoyable.

Could have had more industry insight to help us evaluate the overall performance.

After an initial meeting to run through our brief and brand we worked with the team to identify key target consumers via Facebook and Instagram. They then provided us data so we could review the success of the targeted ads.

We saw an increase in traffic to our site during the month of the campaign. Also, there was an increase of followers where we had acquired new customers.

We had weekly meetings during the setup and regular contact over the phone and email during the running of the campaign. It was really collaborative and were also provided data and tools to be able to review how the campaign was running.

Our website was created a number of years ago and quickly became outdated, in desperate need of some TLC. Our ultimate goal was to create a website that showcases the very best of Brave Bison, our services, people and case studies.

When we partnered with Tangent they hosted a number of kick-off meetings to get to grips with our goals and how we would like to work together going forward. After this, we devised the scope of work and priorities we felt should be met first. The team went away to design and deliver mock-ups and wireframes, which we then reviewed together.

After a few rounds of amendments, the team continued to deliver fantastic work meeting the objectives we had set out. We are still working with Tangent to develop and grow our website on WordPress further.

If we faced any delays the team would run us through them ahead of delivery. Over time we have seen our bounce rate decrease and the quality of our inbound leads has really increased, which is exactly what we wanted to achieve.

Tangent's project management skills are pretty flawless! We have great communication and they are always timely in getting info, designs and suggestions over to us.

When looking for an agency partner, it was important for us to find somewhere that clearly understood our vision, goals and passion for the website. The team has committed themselves fully to our project and continued to do so as we evolve the site further.
