Each of those people was copied in our emails, so they all worked together and knew exactly what was going on at all times — it was really easy to move from one person to another in every stage of the project. We communicated via email, FaceTime or Zoom video conferences, and phone calls.

5.0 Aug 26, 2020Our sales have gone way up and time seals deals, so when we initially would count on a building to start the bidding process, it would take us a week or two to get back in front of a customer, and now we are down to 24 hours only because I don’t want the customer thinking we threw something together really quick. We went from a week or two to one day which has increased our sales. In taking two weeks, the customer can be hesitant to hire us because if that took two weeks, in their mind they are wondering how long the work is going to take us.
