Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Creative Director for 729 Solutions. We are a full service agency providing web development, design/UI/UX, and professional services. We work with medium and large enterprise companies in all industries

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Cassa Grant Communications?

We are experiencing demand for our services from large, well known companies. This sounds great on the surface, but it also comes with some growing pains. We knew we had to "level-up" as an organization (40+ people who are 100% remote), so we hired Cassa to enhance our company culture, provide leadership coaching, and nail down our brand strategy.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Originally, we worked with Cassa to help with copywriting and process documentation. As our company started to grow, we were delighted to learn that she is experienced with 2 key things required for 729 to become more mature: leadership development and brand strategy. Since we were already familiar with her processes and methodology, the decision to work with her was a "no-brainer"

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

Despite having more than 20 years experience (the majority with 729 Solutions) as a web developer and project manager, I was experiencing a major case of "imposter syndrome" when I took on the Creative Director role. To make it even more daunting, the previous Creative Director was very well respected. She set the bar high and left some very big shoes for me to fill. Cassa's leadership coaching started with helping me define my vision for being Creative Director. With this foundation, I discovered that I can lead from a position of possibility.

It became easier to work with the team to make decisions and prioritize when tasks/projects should be done. From this starting point, I met with Cassa on a weekly basis. We went through exercises and had conversations to help me identify my values, strengths, and purpose. It was challenging to go through some of these sessions, but I knew it would result in me being able to lead powerfully.

For 729's brand strategy, Cassa was able to uncover what people were saying about our company and articulate it concisely. By using stakeholder/employee interviews/surveys, customer research, competitive analysis, and market analysis, Cassa created a detailed "platform" that informed our visual brand and provided strategies we could use for our site, on social, and in marketing materials .

We worked directly with Cassa for leadership coaching and brand strategy.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result of Cassa's efforts, the people that work at 729 are feeling more connected with each other and are able to communicate openly and honestly Management, Directors, and Executives are now capable of leading high performance teams with purpose and integrity

On the brand messaging side, 729's website, marketing materials, and social presence are in the process of becoming more cohesive and unified due to the brand platform that Cassa created for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

A regular weekly meeting cadence with Cassa has been vital to 729's continued growth. This coupled with her ability to be in communication and follow up after sessions have given us ongoing value.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Despite collaborating with many different personality types on the 729 team, Cassa is able to help others see their strengths and provide them with tools to be authentic and work powerfully in their own unique and even offbeat ways.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I fear that Cassa will soon be in demand by too many people/organizations! She might want to start coaching other coaches in her methods and techniques so she can "scale up"
