I'm the operations director at Northlands Church in Norcross, Ga.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inovo Studios?

We reached out to Inovo Studios for web development and digital marketing services. We wanted to update some of the pages on our website and promote our church online. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inovo Studios updated various pages of our website, including a redesign of the home page. They also provide digital marketing services, including Google Ads and email marketing campaigns using MailChimp. They continue to provide ongoing services as well, including web hosting. 

What is the team composition? 

We work directly with Bruce (Co-founder and President, Inovo Studios).

How did you come to work with Inovo Studios?

We'd worked with Bruce in the past on other web development projects, and he also attends our church. We've always been very impressed by the quality of his work and expertise in general. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working with them since December 2018 and the relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Inovo Studios has done a great job of updating our website overall–it's modern, clean, and user-friendly. They made our home page a lot more engaging, effectively communicating the heart and personality of our church to visitors. 

How did Inovo Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

They've been very responsive and available, responding quickly to any issues or questions we've had. Their process is very creative and the whole package they've provided has offered a lot of value for the investment. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're easy to work with, responsive, and create high-quality web designs. They've helped us stay up-to-date and improved the way we portray ourselves to the local community online.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. We haven't had any issues.
