In doing so, I was delighted with the work because they kept it simple — they made a very light, happy, bubbly video, which is what we were looking for. Both in writing and verbally, they were able to say what they could accomplish and by what date, and because of that they’ve never really missed a deadline. I don’t think that’s too unusual among marketing companies, but what I really appreciated is just how clear they are about that process. They created an online timeline for us to track all the different projects, which was very helpful.
