I’m the owner of SH Town Square Franchising, Inc., a senior care company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cellebelle?

We needed help managing our social media and marketing strategies.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cellebelle does SMM for us, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. We work with them to develop our target audience, proposition, and origin stories. After that, they took that info and utilized their experience to apply it to social media daily posts.

Regarding content, we have stock photography from our franchise, but Cellebelle creates all our posts depending on the topics we’re addressing.

In addition to that, they help us with generic comment answering depending on what our visitors ask.

How did you come to work with Cellebelle?

I’ve known their owner on a personal level.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent about $15,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in engagement, including business conversions, followers, likes, impressions, and website traffic.

How did Cellebelle perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been excellent. Regarding tools, they use Dropbox, Zoom, phone calls, texts, and emails. They’re also extremely responsive and creative, and our franchise thinks we have the best SMM management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re creative and responsive, which is outstanding. Excellent partners to my start-up business, and I know they will continue to be valuable as we grow.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they’re great, and I have nothing negative to say about them.

Come in with a clear value proposition, and they’ll take it from there.
