Describe the project in detail.
They conducted a Diversity maturity assessment for one week to identify strengths and weaknesses and areas we needed addressed. Then they led a series of bite sized virtual diversity trainings with our employee base and HR team, including exercises, surveys, and eLearning.
What was the team composition?
We worked with 2 consultants/facilitators.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We reached 96% employee engagement from the training, up 22 points.

They had th emost versatility in experience and expertise with helping scale both startups and enterprises.

They were in charge of working with our COO to determine strategy and goals; worked with existing HR staff including myself to source the best talent for our new teams; helped us develop a D&I committee and deliver D&I training and consulting for the company so that we could improve employee engagement.
What was the team composition?
We worked primarily with one Lead Consultant who acted as an interim HR lead. They had an internal team to help with D&I training and workshops.

The engagement was extremely valuable to HR operating costs. About a 35% Cost reduction; improved employee engagement, and a great deal of time saved on strategy development
