Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder and principal at a digital marketing firm based in Philadelphia, but we do work all over the country.


What challenge were you trying to address with Humareso?

We hired Humareso for their strategic human resources services.


What was the scope of their involvement?

The team did everything from executive leadership development, outlining and defining compensation for key members, and helping strategize around employee engagement. They also assisted with talent management as well.

What is the team composition?

We work very closely with John (President). They have a senior team with two or three executives.

How did you come to work with Humareso?

We met through a networking organization.

We invested approximately $12,000.

We started working with them in March 2017.

Humareso is a consulting firm around HR that helps clients get their game together. John is a well-respected thought leader in the HR space.

John looks out for senior business leaders. From a cultural perspective, having the input of someone who’s been in the industry as long as John has is beneficial. He understands the legal side and the impact of growing teams. He’s a great resource for strategizing and helping us adhere to the best practices.

How did Humareso perform from a project management standpoint?

We meet as needed. With any growing company, things change. For example, if we have to let someone go, we would consult with John on how to best do that, or might even have one of his teammates do that.

What did you find most impressive about them?

John really pays it forward. His mentorship is key. He’s a business owner that has a lot of experience with different industries. They have a unique relationship with their clients. We like being aligned with businesses like theirs where there is a trusting atmosphere. John has a great reputation.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing that I can see.

Go in with clear goals that you have in mind.
