What challenge were you trying to address with matax?

I needed their help in training our members on the ins and outs of Xero, an accounting system software.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially set up matax’s training schedule to help their team formulate their procedures and materials ahead of time. Upon finalizing the fixed arrangements, they conducted preliminary training sessions to help us gauge the efficiency of the training process. I came up with some questions for their team after the first round of training, which they used to refine their methods for the upcoming Xero training sessions.

We spent $500 on the first round of training.

What is the status of this engagement?

The training project ran from September–November 2021, but we’ve engaged matax’s team to take on another project for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

matax conducted training services, so not a lot of quantitative KPIs were recorded. Our main success metric for their presentation and training skills was their ability to make each phase understandable for our team. Our processing time in Xero went down by 75% because matax taught us how to perform each phase correctly and refine our existing methods.

How did matax perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via Zoom. matax had excellent project management skills — they organized each phase accordingly, allowing us to maximize our learning efforts while saving more time for other important tasks.

What did you find most impressive about them?

matax had the ability to build easy solutions for complex situations — that truly set them apart from other providers we worked with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was nothing they could’ve done better or differently.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

matax is a highly knowledgeable and solution-oriented team. Ask for their opinion instead of telling them what to do.
