What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
As an agency, time really is money, since we work with billable hours. To be able to hand off some of the research, client calls, or back-and-forth emails to Your Project Board and have them manage it effectively and efficiently allowed our internal team to do more for the company.
How did Your Project Board perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicated over the phone, video chats, and emails. We gave them access to Asana, but we didn't end up using it that often.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were really professional and felt like an extension of our staff. Even though they were remote, it didn't feel like they were distant.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, nothing comes to mind.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Setting up a bi-weekly or monthly call just to check-in was really useful. Having those meetings and being proactive helped us to assign them tasks, so we wouldn't forget to give them work.
