I’m the office manager of a mortgage company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reverence Global?

We had an existing poorly designed website, and we were looking for someone who could redesign our site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started with a close collaborative process with Reverence Global for the design of the website. They made suggestions when building the website to ensure it had all the features that could help me accomplish my goals. They redid our site, and we currently set up monthly meetings with them to review the updates and changes of 

In addition to that, my company went through an ADA compliance requirement, and they were able to take my website and upgrade it into ADA compliant.

Geraldine (President) has been our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Reverence Global?

They were referred to us by another company. I reached out to them, and they were fabulous. Geraldine walked me through their work, came to our office, and sat down with a few representatives to explain what to do with our site — they were the best fit for us. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $10,000–$15,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

I’m the owner of Good Radiance Inc. We sell infrared light therapy devices, primarily on Amazon, but a little bit on our website as well. During COVID-19, we’ve also been selling hand sanitizer and N-95 masks, but that’s only temporary.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reverence Global?

They assisted me in doing various tasks related to our website, marketing, and online presence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They redesigned our WordPress website and now focus on guiding our advertising on Amazon and Google. Throughout the relationship, they’ve also created instruction manuals and branding materials (brochures, packaging design, product listings, etc.) and done website maintenance.

There will be more design work to be done because I’m going to need new packaging and custom brochures for new infrared light therapy products.

What is the team composition?

I work with Geraldine (Lead Business Strategist) and Max (Lead Web Developer).

How did you come to work with Reverence Global?

I found Max on Upwork when he was with a different company. I worked with him a bit then and then ramped up later after he started Reverence Global.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent $15,000 on this engagement.

What is the status of this engagement?

I’ve been working with them since 2019 before they started Reverence Global, but the website project ran from September 2020 until January 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I would give them a five out of five for quality. Whenever I needed anything on the backend or frontend, they’re very helpful. It’s a pleasure working with them. They’re professional and efficient. I’ve seen a noticeable uptick in business because of Reverence’s work.

How did Reverence Global perform from a project management standpoint?

They were excellent with communication and their availability stood out. Reverence reacted immediately when something needed to be done. They dropped everything the same day.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m very happy with how they helped me. Sometimes I had very urgent issues, and they got into the website quickly to get the work done. For example, I published a book on infrared technology in infrared light therapy devices, and they dressed it up and created a digital version that could be distributed. They were very efficient.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing would be to lower their prices for me since they went up a little bit. I’m going to talk to them about this.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Perhaps try them on a small project to verify for yourself that these people are worthy of being awarded big projects. Everybody is very cautious because once you start working with someone, changing vendors is complicated. I always believe you have to start small and see how people do.
