Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and owner of NTC Lifeworks. We work with young entrepreneurs in the first 1–5 years of opening their businesses, and we help them focus on the right things to grow them.

What challenge were you trying to address with CV Kreative?

We hired CV Kreative for social media exposure. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They manage our Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, and are responsible for developing the creative assets for those platforms. We give CV Kreative our ideas, and they take it from there. They’ve also been helping us develop blogs for our website and running a few digital marketing campaigns surrounding the consistency of our branding. 

They’ve created an animated logo for us with audio and 3D features. CV Kreative has been helping to improve our brand identity and messaging. 

What is the team composition?

We work with Robbie (Owner).

How did you come to work with CV Kreative?

We found them through a virtual assistant company. We listed off what we needed, and they matched us with CV Kreative. We connected very quickly and decided to move forward with them after that. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $50,000 with CV Kreative. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our engagement on social media platforms and our following on Instagram has increased. CV Kreative has helped us create a more professional presence that represents our brand more effectively. We’ve been so happy with the work they’ve been providing us that we’ve partnered on another project outside of this company. 

How did CV Kreative perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re timely in their work and very dependable. We primarily communicate through email and Zoom calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

One of their biggest strengths is that they not only understand our company’s needs, they understand us as a client. They know the kind of people that would benefit from working with us and are very effective at targeting them. If there are ever any changes, they're quick to resolve them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they could improve on for us.

Be transparent, and trust CV Kreative because they know what they’re doing.
