Sourcing and scheduling the vendors for the event (tent, food, decor, photography, DJ)
Invitations and being the POC for the guests
Site plan
Speaker coordination and follow-up
Pre-Event Management
Public Relations/Event Branding
Designing of invitation and program
Day of Event Management: coordination, set-up, crowd control, run of show

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had over 100 RSVPS and over 80% of the invited guests attended the event. We didn't have traditional measures of success for our event. We measured our success by the overwhelming amount of positive feedback and the flow of the event. PRAXIS, Strategic Consulting truly exceeded all expectations.
