Promtior delivered an innovative Conversational AI system that helped us triple the number of campaigns managed by our team while increasing operational scalability by 2.5x and improving data processing speed by 1000x. Their expertise was key to driving substantial growth in our marketing operations, as well as helping our team to acquire the necessary expertise, avoid major pitfalls, and ultimately take ownership of maintaining the project in-house.

Yes, the projects were ultimately delivered on time once the necessary processes were in place. Early on, internal team changes created some challenges around coordination and clarity around the expected outcomes. While this was not within Promtior's scope, they were highly understadning of the situation and helped us navigate the situation with their expertise.

It not only optimizes access to information but, more importantly, provides a new resource capable of assisting professionals not just in searching for information but also in resolving legal scenarios. Additionally, it opens the door to a new segment of clients, including non-lawyers, which the company will begin to explore.

This facilitated the identification of use cases that add real value through generative AI at L'Oréal.

Regarding data governance, Promtior handled all the processes from ideation to implementation, including migrating all user accounts to a Microsoft-based system.

The proposed project involves developing a conversational virtual assistant for the Blue Cross & Blue Shield Uruguay customer service team, trained to answer queries about health plans. This will be achieved by training a natural language processing model using a corpus of documents provided by Blue Cross & Blue Shield. 

The chatbot will include a simple interface for managing new documents, a robust login system, data protection measures, and on-premise deployment using Blue Cross & Blue Shield infrastructure. Additionally, tools for bulk document uploading and an indexing system will be developed to facilitate quick access to information. The entire process spans from initial planning and development of the chatbot's backend and frontend, to implementing security systems and integration testing. 

Training sessions will be provided for the Blue Cross & Blue Shield team, and post-deployment technical support will be established. Key deliverables include the functional chatbot system, technical documentation, test reports, and training materials, thereby significantly enhancing customer service efficiency and information security.
