I'm the CEO of Clearly Blue Digital, a knowledge services firm based out of Bangalore, India and Dover, DE. We work with technology, healthcare and education companies to build programs and campaigns focused on user acquisition, user retention, knowledge dissemination and thought leadership.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a tool to help us with HR/recruitment decision making and discovered TruthSift.

As we grow, the need to hire superior talent becomes an imperative. However, the onus of sifting through hundreds of resumes even for a single position often is an overload cognitively for HR, as is the coordination and effort required to solicit inputs from different interviewers. That is when we found TruthSift. We were able to load all the resumes we sourced from different portals and recruiting agencies into the platform, and update each record with interviewers' opinions and ratings after a round of interviews. The visual graphing ability gave us an instant pictoral depiction of each candidate's pros and cons and notes from the interview. The platform helped our HR team make hiring (or not) decisions smoothly and transparently.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Decisions that previously took days were made in hours. This was the biggest positive outcome. Since decisions were visual and transparent, the element of bias or favoritism was eliminated.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Chaitra was at hand and ever ready for clarifications and questions. She conducted cadence meetings to train and onboard my teams and assisted them with setup and platform use.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Decisions that previously took days were made in hours out even within one sit-down meeting. We were also able to identify when and where decision flows pivoted. I’d recommend TruthSift for businesses as an easy-to-use platform to collaborate on tough decisions and complex flows.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We hope the platform will evolve and include more use cases for project and program management.
