Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m one of the partners at a San Antonio-based law firm.

What challenges were you trying to address with SeeKing HR?

We’ve had a longstanding relationship with SeeKing HR. We’ve hired them for multiple projects, and they’ve also used us for our services. We work together jointly for mutual clients as well.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provide human resources and employment services to us. We’ve worked with them on various employment issues for our joint clients. They assist our clients with the development of policies and procedures, recruitment, payroll, and job performance evaluations. Their team covers a broad spectrum of services. 

In addition, we’re currently working with them to fill a position at our law firm. 

What is the team composition?

I primarily work with Leanne (President & CEO). I’ve spoken with some of her staff, but she’s my point person. 

How did you come to work with SeeKing HR?

They were introduced to us by another attorney. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together more than five years ago, probably in 2014. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t tracked any specific metrics. However, they’ve consistently exceeded our expectations. If we weren’t satisfied with them, we wouldn’t have continued to work with them. 

How did SeeKing HR perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is superior. They’re very prompt in their delivery. 

What did you find most impressive about them? 

Their responsiveness, conscientiousness, thoroughness, and experience are impressive. They know what they’re doing. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t have any suggestions about areas of improvement for them.
