Innovaxis has the right expertise, and they are able to get back to me in a timely manner. They use Basecamp as a way for us all to collaborate. That is very helpful from my perspective, because I had never used it before. Knowing upfront that I needed to collaborate and bring a lot of the content to the table is something that clients should know upfront. Collaboration is very important in a website's success. That’s how Innovaxis sees it, that the client provides the industry-specific content, and they put it into the appropriate context and outline, helping you to articulate it.
